The culture of Dim Sum (点心) Experience the exotic charm, aromas and flavors of Hong Kong’s Chinese cuisine re-invented by Ta Hua. Traditionally consumed all over Asia, and nowadays all over the world, DIM SUM (点心 which literally translates to “touch” and “heart”, or can be translated simply as “heart’s delight”) come from Hong Kong and Canton where they were originally linked to the ancestral tradition of tea tasting, the “Yum Cha”. TA HUA’s DIM SUM ((点心) include meat, fish, shellfish, vegetables. Our DIM SUM are daily prepared only with prime Italian fresh ingredients. TA HUA offers classic DIM SUM menu but also original creations, entirely handmade in our kitchen.
